To complete our team, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Analyst (m/f/d) for our location in Sevenum close to Venlo, the Netherlands. As a part of our team you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our operations & supply chain. With your data analysis skills and your expertise, you are going to contribute to efficient and smooth end-to-end logistics processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Analyzing data innovatively and developing state-of-the-art solutions through analysis of big data in order to design and improve business processes
• Design, develop, and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance
• Processing of a large amount of data, execution of analyses for the department and the top management.
• Development of relevant reportings or optimization of existing reportings in close collaboration with our business intelligence team.
• Participating and supporting in overarching strategic as well as operative projects.
• Development of efficient process chains from brainstorming to automation in cooperation with your team of supply chain excellence,

ABOUT YOU

• first experience (can also be internship / working student experience) in data analytics, ideally with regard to supply chain
• Your analytical skills and vision are impeccable and you know your way around the most popular KPIs.
• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business or statistics.
• MS Office, especially Excel and Power Pivot, are familiar tools for you. Some knowledge in R or Python is a clear advantage.
• You are fluent in English, verbally and written.
• You are known for your proactivity, independence and team spirit.
• You are highly motivated to achieve great things together! You gladly support your team to improve its performance even more
