The Team
Our practice works with large global companies to plan and implement technology-driven change. We focus on consulting services around the topic of change management, training and coaching. In this way, we make change more tangible for people in organizations and enable our customers to successfully transform in a rapidly changing digital world.

In cooperation with experienced colleagues, supplemented by extensive training programs and a global community, you will actively and independently shape change projects at the customer's site.
The Role
- As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible and proactive in leading change management work packages in our customer projects, working closely with colleagues and contact persons from the customer side, and representing work results to our clients. In addition, you will support the continuous development of our change management methodologies and be involved in sales activities.
What we expect from you
We are looking for colleagues with existing change management experience
- Must have at least 5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of common change management methods and procedures
- Communication talent and team player
- Language: German and English, additional languages are an advantage in our international working environment
- Practical experience in change management projects, ideally in large, multinational projects in a consulting context (e.g. management consulting, in-house consulting, etc.) with a focus on IT-driven change
Ideal candidates will also have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Agile working methods and methods
- Education & Training Experience
- Practical work experience in one or more industries
- Experience in the creation and presentation of consulting offers
- Independent work in a matrix team structure
