HR Manager (DACH)
We are currently seeking senior HR professionals to join our client's Human Resources Team (focused on DACH).
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the HR team in Germany, comprising 5 members
• Serving as the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding all personnel-related matters in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Participating in international projects focused on personnel development, talent management, and Compensation & Benefits
• Establishing close and cooperative relationships with the works council, including negotiating and preparing company agreements
• Continuously optimizing and digitizing processes and systems
• Independently recruiting specialists and managers in collaboration with recruiters
• Ensuring accurate payroll accounting alongside the Payroll Manager EMEA and the EMEA team
• Generating HR evaluations and reports (for EMEA)
• Undertaking operational duties such as contract management and maintaining master data in the SuccessFactors system, primarily on behalf of the HR coordinator
• Collaborating closely with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding occupational safety in Germany
Requirements from you:
• Successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on HR management
• Relevant professional experience in HR management within a global setting, showcasing comprehensive HR generalist expertise across the entire employee lifecycle
• Familiarity with working alongside employee representatives
• Leadership experience and a leadership style characterized by respect and appreciation
• Proficiency in HR IT systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills coupled with a pragmatic approach
• Motivation, dedication, and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in both German and English (ideally C1/C2)
