During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on you – your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development. All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your career @ ZEISS.

Possible tasks within the program:

• identifying potential for improvement, creating and implementing solutions together with all stakeholders 
• coordinating and leading Lean implementation   
• ensuring lean knowledge transfer within the company with training´s and coaching’s 
• creating value stream analysis and value stream designs

• completed field of study in mechanical or economical engineering degree (pref. master) or equivalent experience  
• practical experience in production environment gained, for example, as an intern or working student   (maximum of 1,5 years)  
• experience in common MS Office applications (incl. Power BI), ERP, MES, SAP Analytics Cloud 
• flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations during the program  
• fluent in English & German, both written and spoken
