To strengthen our team in Tübingen, Wiesbaden and Amsterdam, we are currently looking to recruit a Senior Manager (f/m/d) Data Management Your Responsibilities:Define, adapt and refine CureVac's data strategy and actionable rollout concept focusing on data governance, data quality, and data integration across CureVac's value chainLead the data management team including goal setting, people empowerment and developmentEstablish and prioritize data governance and data quality initiativesDefine, roll out, and adjust a data quality framework, including standards and processes, to ensure effective operations executed by data domainsSpecify central data quality metrics, guidelines, and training materials Support data domains to define and maintain business rules, thresholds, and actions to ensure targeted levels of data qualityYour Qualifications:University degree in related field, or an equivalent qualification Extensive experience in leading and implementing data management in a corporate environment, preferably in the Life Science areaSeveral years of experience in a similar role, including a leadership role in a data team Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with data governance, data quality management, data architecture, and data analytics tools and practices; familiarity with data management technologies and platformsAbility to synthesize and clearly communicate large volumes of complex information to senior management of various technical understandingsStrong agile project management and communication skills, focusing also on non-technical stakeholders and audiences to guide and inspireFluency in English, German is a plus We offer you a challenging and varied opportunity with an innovative and dynamic company that is expanding.
