Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships, establishing good communication and cooperation with customers, understanding their needs, and providing professional product or service recommendations.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, ensure personal sales targets and performance indicators are achieved through active sales activities and business expansion.
  • Conduct sales negotiations with customers, negotiate key terms such as price and delivery conditions, and complete the signing of sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Regularly analyze sales data to understand market demand and competitive situations, identify sales opportunities and potential business growth points, and develop corresponding sales strategies.
  • Timely report sales situations and market dynamics to superiors, communicate and collaborate with internal teams, address issues together, and drive improvements in sales performance.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitors' dynamics, providing references for the development of sales strategies.
  • Pay attention to customer feedback, cooperate with customer service to promptly address customer complaints and issues, maintain customer satisfaction, enhance customer loyalty, and promote the establishment of long-term cooperation relationships.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of sales experience in the nutrition business in Germany market.
  • Bachelor's Degree, in Food science and engineering is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge about nutrition and dietary supplements segments.
  • Result oriented, good ability to communicate with team members.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing and analyzing customer lead effectiveness.
  • Assertive individual with the ability to recognize and deliver insights and solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Teamworking.
