Sales / Account Manager - B2B/Enterprise Data Integration

Leading edge Technology iPaaS organisation are looking to hire a Sales / Account Manager with experience of any of the following, Utilities, Public Sector, Chemical Industry to maintain and grow their existing sales client base within Germany to and establish the foundations for the long term sales strategy


Purpose of the role:

  • Qualification of the initial situation at the (new) customer/prospective customer and elaboration of the solution offer with corresponding added value argumentation
  • Convincing the customer and close coordination with the key account managers through in-depth knowledge of business contexts and benefits of the solutions in the respective industries
  • Presentation of the solutions in the form of lectures, discussions and on the basis of demo scenarios together with our technical pre-sales colleagues
  • Generation of new opportunities through proactive positioning of the solution portfolio
  • Professional management of all opportunities for assigned accounts as well as leads incl. forecasting and negotiation management


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of B2B/Enterprise Data Integration / Organisational Supply Chain Cloud solutions (API/EDI/O2C/P2P/ERP/Analytics)
  • Professional experience in software / enterprise sales
  • Strategic thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy, to develop account plans at new customers
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships including Senior level Executives: business owners, legal, procurement, finance, support, sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build significant revenue stream through direct sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
  • Experience in Cold-Calling and prospecting into Target Accounts
  • Fluency in German and English requires
  • Experience of any of the following Industries: Utilities / Public Sector / Chemical
  • Experience of Sales Methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Solution etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or other significant business experience
