This global Medical Device company are seeking to hire a Sales Manager, focusing on Hip and Knee implants, specifically. The roles responsibilities are listed below:
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in 100% field-based activities
- Execute sales, marketing, and clinical tasks within the assigned territory
- Cultivate formal business relationships with hospital finance departments
- Ensure timely receipt of payments
- Participate in transfer pricing discussions with the country head, aligning with market dynamics and company pricing strategy
- Establish distribution agreements, optimizing purchase volumes and distributor transfer pricing according to organizational goals
- Familiarize yourself with reimbursement and insurance processes specific to the assigned territory
- Identify, build, manage, and expand an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors, and independent sales agents to enhance product penetration
- Collaborate with the country head and channel partners to ensure efficient inventory management and prompt product servicing
