We're recruiting for a new position within our European marketing team focussing on execution of all our marketing efforts within the DACH region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a real difference and demonstrate their ability to deliver outstanding results.

About You

German will be your first language and you are fluent in English. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive marketer with experience of B2B marketing gained within the renewable energy sector within Europe. You will have excellent organisational skills, an impeccable eye for detail and ability to multi-task. You will be a confident communicator both written and verbally and able to network and liaise across multiple functions internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities

Focussed on but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create marketing messages and campaigns tailored to specific product solutions and customer needs.
  • Key marketing contact for distribution partners to drive positive collaborative relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales & product teams to create engaging content such as flyers, brochures, and email newsletters.
  • Execute advertising and media planning to be the media liaison ensuring maximum exposure for media spend.
  • Build relationships with local journalists to build up Solis’ share of voice within trade media.
  • Work with the wider European team to maximise customer partnerships and joint events.
  • Monitor industry trends and insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate and work across the wider marketing team to support other European markets as required


Required Experience & Skills

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:

  • Must be fluent in German – native speaker and fluency in English
  • Proven track record of B2B marketing & media management – ideally within the solar sector
  • Excellent written & verbal English & German. Other languages would be an advantage but not essential.
  • At least four years previous experience within a B2B channel marketing role.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Forms etc.)
  • Technically proficient and computer literate.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative vision and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt within a dynamic fast-moving company.
