Job Title: Sales Manager (EOR/PEO)

Salary: up to €90K basic + bonuses and benefits

Location: Remote (Germany)

*There may be some travel required to meet with prospective clients.

JGA are partnered with an exciting employment services business (Payroll, HR and Accounting) seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the DACH and Benelux regions.

To be successful, you will have an excellent track record of B2B sales in the DACH and/or Benelux region, familiarity with the EOR and Payroll Services industries and speak English and ideally German. We will also consider Dutch and French speaking applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales targets in assigned region.
• Implementing effective sales strategies
• Developing sales forecasts, budgets and reports
• Staying updated with industry trends and perspectives
• Contacting prospects, building rapport and building needs assessment analysis.

Skills required:

• Excellent track record of B2B sales in the DACH and/or Benelux region
• Experience in or understanding of the EOR and Payroll Services models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and German (highly desirable).
