Trainee Maintenance
International Graduate Program (f/m/d)

Location: Stadtallendorf (Hessen)
Starting date: June 2024

As a Maintenance Trainee, you will analyze technical weaknesses, participate in the schematic opti­mization process, and develop new solutions in the area of machinery and process technology. The role also includes concept develop­ment and design in mechanical or electrical engineering.

• We offer a 2-year structured graduate program followed by an inter­national assignment to develop talents who are ready for an inter­national career in Operations, where you will take on exciting roles and projects across the Operations organization under the super­vision of Ferrero leaders.
• The program includes an initial two-year period in the hiring country, followed by a first inter­national assignment to develop and expand your know­ledge as part of our Ferrero Family, to embrace the Ferrero way of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our consumers.
• At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to continue having an inter­national career path after the program’s conclusion.

• Master’s degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering or another related field
• initial work experience (e. g. intern­ships or volunteering) would be an advantage
• strong MS Office user skills
• fluency in English and a good know­ledge of German
• know­ledge of another lang­uage is a plus
• great passion and interest in the food industry sector
• curiosity, open-mindedness and inter­cultural competence
