As an Intern (m/f/d) you will work from day one as a full member of our investment team with our experienced professionals to identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities. In addition to your communicative nature, your analytical and entrepreneurial understanding are particularly in demand. Demonstrate your capabilities in ongoing transactions and the development of investment strategies, where your analytical and critical thinking will empower you to quickly assume a high level of responsibility.

• Support the execution of Private Equity Real Estate transactions from origination to closing

• Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure the successful completion of transactions

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to inform investment decisions and contribute to the development of investment strategies

• Assist in creating cash flow models to evaluate investment opportunities; analyze and interpret financial statements, cash flow projections, and valuation metrics

• Prepare investment memos and presentations for management and investment committees

• Provide support for portfolio management of existing investments

• Outstanding academic background in economics/business administration, industrial engineering, or civil engineering

• Previous experience in a dynamic working environment (private equity, investment banking, consulting)

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving skills

• Fluency in German and English, additional European languages welcome

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
