As a Project Manager, you will perform a wide range of duties covering planning, monitoring and control including of the following:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects following best practices and methodologies leading cross-functional project team(s) and subject matter experts to achieve client satisfaction
• Support the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables working directly with customers
• Manage complex projects, including working closely with stakeholders and customers at various levels, making assignments, monitoring progress and ensure the flow of information
• Develop project plans, create effort estimations, define, assemble and manage resource requirements and allocation
• Track and ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality using appropriate tools and conducting project close and post mortems
• Monitor and present reports defining project progress status, sprints, issues, solutions and success metrics to key stakeholders
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including an understanding of contract and how to achieve project scope
• Influence and implement continuous improvements to operational and delivery processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing technical projects across multiple teams in an Information Technology, Internet or Digital Marketing business environment.
• Project management background is required (SRCUM & agile working)
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Mailchimp or others) and solutions available within those platforms would be desirable
• Ability to lead concurrent projects and programs with multidisciplinary cross-functional project teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and shifting priorities, demands and timelines with ability to multi-task and deliver in a high-pace environment
• Fluency in English and German is a must have
