Position Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join Technology M&A team in Munich at various levels: Analyst, Associate, and Vice President. The ideal candidates will have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:

Analyst:

• Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities.
• Create detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and investment memoranda.
• Support senior team members in deal execution and due diligence processes.

Associate:

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions from origination to close, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Manage relationships with clients, counterparties, and other external stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise Analysts, providing guidance and support on various aspects of deal execution.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including pitch preparation and client meetings.

Vice President:

• Drive the strategic direction of M&A transactions, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
• Lead deal origination efforts and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee the execution of multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications:

For Analyst:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking.
• TMC sector experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in German and English.

For Associate:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a focus on M&A.
• TMC sector experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully executing M&A transactions.
• Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage client relationships.
• Fluency in German and English.

For Vice President:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with significant exposure to technology M&A.
• TMC sector experience.
• Established network of industry contacts and relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Exceptional negotiation and deal execution capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
