DACH Marketing Manager Contractor - 6 Months

We are seeking a competent 360 Marketing Manager to take charge of Neat’s marketing ventures in the DACH area as a contractor for six months. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and execute those strategies to amplify our presence across the DACH region.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for tech. They will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for the DACH market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall company goals
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events ranging from industry conferences to product launches
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and post-event evaluation
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs
  • Create marketing collateral and campaigns tailored for specific channels
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
  • Oversee the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across various channels
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects

Your Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience working with both channel and direct go-to-market motions
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field or experience
  • Experience of working in a scale up organization, and in tech, a plus
