As they are expanding their reach to Germany we are looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and fuel growth in the region.


The role

As the Sales Manager for the new German branch, you'll be at the forefront of the international expansion. We're looking for a true hunter, someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase and has a knack for forging meaningful client relationships. Fluent in both German and English, you'll leverage your expertise in business services, potentially gained from a recruitment background, to identify and engage with prospective clients. Reporting directly to the CEO Germany you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client's success in the German market.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets;
  • Identify and prioritize target clients within the German market, with a focus on mid-to-large sized companies across various industries;
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking and other lead generation activities;
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (also internationally)to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continually refine sales strategies;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software;
  • Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.



Your profile

  • Educated to at least Bachelor's degree;
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the business services sector (consulting, recruitment, IT services);
  • Experience in a hunter-style sales role, with a focus on new client acquisition;
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
