Through word of mouth Ongle24 achieved the market leadership in France and Belgium in the nail beauty sector. As we embark on our next chapter, our focus shifts towards further elevating our brand presence, connecting with our French community and building new communities in Germany, Netherlands and Italy. Therefore we are expanding our footprint with a second location in Berlin, complementing our headquarters in Saarbrücken.

For this endeavour we are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to define and to take charge of our Social Media strategy and activities. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and reporting directly to him, you will have a key role in shaping the direction of our company’s growth.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Cultivate and expand our social media communities in order to grow our community and interact more and closer with our customers
• Define and optimize our Social Media marketing capabilities in collaboration with our social media agency
• Develop, plan, and evaluate creative strategies, collaborating with the content team to ensure compelling ad assets
• Track, analyze, and report performance marketing KPIs efforts, providing insights that drive data-based decisions
• Effectively steer external agencies and freelancers to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 4+ years of professional experience in a comparable position in social media or digital marketing in eCommerce
• A strong background in building and growing social media communities across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Creativity and passion to bring our social media activities to the next level
• Profound knowledge of META business suite
• Startup mindset: Proactive, eager for challenges, live an open error culture and have a pronounced can-do attitude
• Proficiency in either German or French at a fluent level
