Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant

We are now looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant to join our team for a pharmaceutical project!


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices.
  • Be prepared to work onsite in the customer's office several days a week, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients.
  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in project implementations.
  • Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in both German and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly desired.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience working with Pharma and/or CPG industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
