PV Senior Sales Manager - Distribution, DG,
Opportunity to join a global Top 3 solar company in the ESS team in Germany, as Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager, based on experience.
Remote working role.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Storage distribution business in the market assigned.
• Continuously establish and develop business relationships with existing and new distribution partners and expanding Sales coverage of the company in the market.
• Design, development, and implementation of the company’s sales plan in your region.
• Identify and develop key accounts. Negotiations and follow up of contracts
• Manage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all your accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments.
• Collaborate with module´s sales teams to ensure a strong brand position and costumer relationships.
• Communication directly with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments.
• Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the Head of Storage Distribution Business Unit on regular basis as required.
• Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and company’s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership.
• Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.
• Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in selling to DG sector (distribution or installer)
• Experience negotiating with installers and distributors is mandatory for this position.
• Knowledge of the solar industry and the storage market.
• Ability to liaise with customers on different management levels.
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly.
