They are committed to helping their clients reach their full potential by making sure that aspirational online business owners have the credit financing they are due, contingent on their performance. Their business is a rapidly growing, venture capital funded startup based in Germany. They are seeking talented individuals who share their passion for data and finance.


Your goal is clear - to acquire new customers for one of the fastest-growing FinTechs in Germany. As a Sales Manager you will work alongside your colleagues to support growing businesses daily by providing them with adequate liquidity and growth-relevant insights. You will be the primary point of contact for their customers, driving the development and management of their sales pipeline. An attractive base salary, bonuses for each deal closed through your efforts, and additional benefits await you.


Responsibilities


  • Manage our sales pipeline and guide customers from initial inquiry to contract closure.
  • Build trustful relationships and long-term partnerships with customers, serving as a sparring partner to find solutions that support their challenges.
  • Assist in developing new sales strategies and implement them with your team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and product through your efforts.


Requirements


  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting or sales (FinTech environment preferable).
  • Enjoy interacting with people, understanding their needs, and solving their problems.
  • Driven to achieve ambitious goals and convince clients to collaborate and maintain these relationships.
  • Desire to contribute ideas and energy to a dynamic team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and rapid decisions.
  • Fluent in German with very good English skills.
