We are looking for an Account Manager BioProcessing - DACH (remote).

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth for the recently founded BioProcessing Solutions division. This exciting role knowledge of bioprocessing technology and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of equipment to the bioprocessing technology market in a given territory/region. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamically growing organisation and see a direct impact into the success of the new BioProcess division.

What is your job?

- Evaluate and analyse various customers, locations and regions to identify new sales opportunities and growth areas.

- Implement strategies to accelerate the growth of the division through targeted sales initiatives.

- Maintain existing customer relationships and build new relationships to expand the customer base.

- Actively promote products in the portfolio and ensure annual sales targets are met.

- Responsibility for implementing strategic guidelines and coordinating sales activities with the Global Business Development Manager.

- Deepening and updating knowledge of new technical product and application insights to remain competitive.

- Providing meaningful and well-structured reports on market trends and performance to senior management.

- Presenting and demonstrating products to emphasise their value and benefits to potential customers.

Who are you?

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.

- 3-5 years proven experience in scientific sales.

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in German

and English.

- Proven self-motivation, goal-orientation and adaptability in dynamic environments.

- Strong problem solving skills combined with a customer orientated approach.

- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driving licence.
