*Position Overview*

TVU Networks is seeking a dynamic, strategic thinker to spearhead the adoption of our cloud and SaaS solutions in the DACH and Eastern European markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about cloud technologies and the SaaS model, with a talent for navigating complex customer needs and crafting bespoke, impactful solutions. This role is pivotal for our continued growth and innovation in the region.


*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Strategically drive market penetration and expansion of TVU Networks’ cloud and SaaS offerings, focusing on DACH and Eastern Europe’s broadcast and media sectors.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that underscore the unique advantages of our SaaS solutions in meeting client requirements.
  • Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our ecosystem and market presence.
  • Perform thorough market analysis to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients, advising on integrating and optimizing TVU Networks’ solutions for their digital transformation journeys.
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations and discussions to elucidate the benefits of our SaaS offerings.
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to channel market feedback into meaningful product enhancements.
  • Oversee the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
  • Knowledge of sport and production companies is a strong added value.


*Qualifications*

  • Proven expertise in sales and business development within the SaaS, cloud solutions, or tech industries, preferably with a background in media or broadcasting.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing data-driven sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within competitive markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships, influencing decision-makers, and clearly communicating complex technical concepts.
  • Analytical acumen to identify market trends and business opportunities.
  • Readiness for significant travel across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language is mandatory; German proficiency is strongly preferred.


*Location*

Home office in DACH region only. This role entails substantial travel to foster direct relationships with clients and partners.
