As a strong Sales Manager for Consulting services from MAIN5, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners. In doing so, you will place particular focus on developing long-term and successful business relationships.
Your tasks:
Sales management activities in cooperation with our partners and management consultants
Acquisition and support of key accounts and partner companies in the pharmaceutical industry (clinical research, regulatory affairs, drug safety, quality management, quality and compliance as well as IT)
Qualification of new leads and generation of business deals in the thematic focus areas of MAIN5
Responsible for contact management, proposal preparation, negotiation and customer care (account management)
Creation and provision of sales relevant data in CRM for internal reporting purposes
Supporting activities (maintaining partnerships, participation in trade fairs and events, supporting employer branding)

Your Profile:
You already have several years of experience in sales and business development for consulting companies in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
You have 5+ years of practical experience and proven success.
You are structured in your approach and sensitive in dealing with customers and business partners in a professional manner.
You have experience in management, business development and consulting.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are proactive and willing to go the extra mile for mutual success.
You are fluent in English and German.
