Jolt Energy is a Munich-based company founded in 2018 by a team of automotive and power engineering managers with the goal of breaking the traditional conventions of urban charging. At JOLT, we believe that e-mobility will only be successful if sufficient fast charging options are available. Our company is building a network of ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles in European and North American cities.

The Digital Listings & SEO Manager (m/f/d) at JOLT plays a pivotal role in integrating IT expertise with digital marketing strategies (Search Engine Optimisation) to increase charger utilisation. Tasked with optimising JOLT's charging locations across various platforms, this position ensures the accurate representation of data and strategically enhances online rankings. The position requires a profound understanding of JOLT's IT architecture, necessitating collaboration with IT, operations, and marketing teams. Moreover, the incumbent will spearhead the strategic development of the IT landscape in conjunction with external partners. By contributing to scalable structures and fostering effective cross-functional communication, the Digital Listings & SEO Manager will align IT strategies with broader business objectives, ultimately driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

1) Listings & SEO Management:

• Ensure JOLT locations in Europe & North America are optimally represented on relevant digital platforms.
• Define relevant platforms and the data to be shared.
• Responsible for providing all relevant content in data set.
• Establish internal processes for timely provision of static and dynamic data.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all platforms.
• Optimise location data (SEO).

2) Contribute to Strategic Development, Business Scaling, and Collaboration:

• Understand the JOLT IT architecture, including the generation and maintenance of location datasets.
• Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams.
• Contribute to develop the IT landscape for location management with potential partners.
• Contribute to build a scalable structure to accommodate business growth.
• Position JOLT charging locations strategically using SEO strategies.
• Ensure the scalability of international operations with the growing business landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of JOLT IT architecture, specifically location dataset generation.
• Strategic thinking for the development of the IT landscape in collaboration with potential partners.
• Strong knowledge of SEO strategies for optimal positioning of charging locations.
• Experience in building scalable structures for business growth.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
