YOUR ROLE:

As a Digital Payment Product Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our digital payment capabilities, focusing on understanding and fulfilling the unique payment needs of our entities throughout Europe. Leveraging your experience as both a Project Manager and Product Owner and a solid technical understanding of the digital payment ecosystem, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in US and Europe to design, implement, and optimize a new digital payment solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Digital Payment Systems:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital payment solutions that align with industry best practices and compliance standards.

• User Experience Enhancement:

Work closely with user experience (UX) and design teams to improve the overall customer experience of our digital payment platforms, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive interface.

• Technology Integration:

Evaluate and lead technologies integration to enhance our digital payment capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the market working closely with teams in US and Europe.

• Product & Project management:

1. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the diverse stakeholder needs.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
3. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, consisting of various internal and external partners.
4. Analyse results, gathering feedback, and iterating on the solution based on PoC outcomes.
5. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, considering regional variations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business administration, Information Technology).
• 2+ years of experience in digital payment solution development/management or a related role.
• Understanding and affinity for the above-mentioned business processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment together with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
• Flexibility to travel when required for specific projects.
