Pacific International is excited to announce its partnership with a leading truck manufacturer dedicated to delivering quality and innovation in the transportation industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams, to align client needs with company capabilities and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and competitive threats to anticipate client needs and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Drive the negotiation and execution of contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and client feedback to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of account management processes and practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in key account management, business development, or sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
  • Fluency in English & German is required
