We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist to grow our team responsible for our cloud platform.

Your Mission

• Translating business problems into ML problems and create ML solutions to produce desired customer business outcomes
• Independent creation and implementation of Machine Learning / Deep Learning algorithms
• Building AI applications and cooperation with Data Engineering and Software Engineers
• Develop and maintain bots for automating business processes across all business units and functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient automation workflows that enhance productivity, reduce errors, and optimize resource allocation.
• Apply your expertise in OpenAI and training Large Language Models to develop advanced AI solutions for complex business challenges.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data automation, AI technologies, and best practices, and proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Your Skills

Education and Experience:

• Higher education: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• Commercial experience in Machine Learning (Computer Vision, Deep Learning, GenAI, Predictive modelling, NLP) or Data Engineering

Tech skills:

• Experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning solutions using AI/ML Libraries (pandas/scikit/Keras/PyTorch/TensorFlow and Spark)
• Familiarity with OpenAI and training Large Language Models, such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar models is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Cloud (preferably AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge of SQL, git, DBT, MLFlow, Sagemaker, Kubeflow, Airflow
• Experience with data manipulation techniques (ETL, data preparation, data wrangling)

Soft skills:

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills - we’re a team and we want you to be a part of it!
• Communication in English (At least B2)
