Ceriter’s mission is to enable people to learn to walk again. We offer a smart gait platform, Stride One,  to enhance the efficiency and quality of care in rehabilitation centers and physiotherapy practices. 


Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, focusing on expanding our presence within the DACH market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, with at least five years of experience specifically in selling to rehabilitation centers and large physiotherapy practices. This role requires an individual who is adept at quickly opening doors and establishing meaningful connections with key decision-makers in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the DACH healthcare market.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with rehabilitation centers and large physiotherapy practices.
  • Leverage existing networks and connections within the healthcare industry to gain access to key decision-makers in rehabilitation centers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on Ceriter's products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure clients are aware of Ceriter’s latest offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities and the potential for product innovations.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the healthcare sector focusing on rehabilitation centers and large physiotherapy practices.
  • Fluent in German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Established network within the healthcare sector, especially with management-level contacts in rehabilitation centers.
  • Strong ability to open doors and build relationships quickly with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the territory.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare market and current industry trends.
