POSITION: Field Marketing Manager – Central, UK & Northern Europe


LOCATION: Germany (working from home or working in the Würselen office)



JOB DESCRIPTION



As the Field Marketing Manager for Central, UK & Northern Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs to drive demand, generate leads, and support sales activities within the region.


You will work closely with the regional sales team, channel partners, and corporate marketing to localize global campaigns, develop regional marketing plans, and execute targeted initiatives that align with our business objectives.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans and programs tailored to the Central, UK & Northern European market to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to adapt and localize corporate marketing campaigns, messaging, and assets for the Central, UK & Northern European market.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives and provide support for lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute a variety of marketing activities including events, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, workshops, and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets in the region.
  • Work closely with marcom team for press support for interviews and product reviews and social media.
  • Proactively engage with Sales to propose, coordinate, communicate and optimize local promotions with key customers.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities against established KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.




QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong experience with marketing and CRM automation tools
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns that drive demand and generate leads.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in German and English.
