Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your team to craft contemporary software solutions for major IT initiatives. Adapt your role as needed: be it a coach, coder, motivator, sparring partner, or tech lead.
• Together with your agile development team, spearhead software design, programming, code reviews, deployment, and lead migration to a microservices environment.
• Champion the power of agility. Employ agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, constantly refining and optimizing them.
• Engineer streamlined, scalable, and robust code while creating corresponding unit and integration tests.
• Contribute to the technical design and realization of captivating product features in close partnership with our IT, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Several years hands-on experience in enterprise web and backend development, showcasing prowess in Java, Springboot, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud (any major provider).
• Experienced handling databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Knowledge of JavaEE and Golang are bonus!
• Demonstrate a firm grasp of software engineering, particularly in migrating to and developing sustainable, distributed IT systems.
• Ideally, bring several years prior exposure to technical and/or managerial roles in an agile environment.
• Possess clear, open communication skills with a solid command of English.
