Our client is a major Tier 1 company in the automotive industry and is looking for an “Autonomous Production Unit Manager” located iFrancfort area.

Job Description

Your main tasks are the following:

• Responsibility for the entire production process of the entire production unit in the required quality, time and costs; as well as coordination and optimization of production, technological and working procedures.
• Supervising the production process
• Taking care of timeliness and quality of production
• Ensuring that planned KPIs are met and improve plant profitability
• Management and controlling of production costs, controlling and reducing losses on production materials, non-production products, labor consumption and responsibility for direct production costs
• Preparing and tracking improvements in reducing planned overtime work
• Performing and management of continuous improvement of activities through change management processes and best practices
• Dealing with the organization of recruitment and the deployment of necessary staff.
• Solving staffing problems based on data analysis. Coordinating and controlling the work of various departments involved in the production, storage, valuation and distribution of products
• Ensuring product quality.
• Introducing and management of operational plans
• Complying with health and safety and fire protection regulations and work regulations.

Profile requested

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7 years of Production experience is required, preferably in Automotive industry
• Experience in electronic components is a plus.
• You have a strong Management experience.
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal and strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
