Attention! Our Founders Team is currently looking for a versatile and committed working student (m/f/x) who wants to support our Founder team. Become part of our management team, get involved in all relevant company questions and develop personally as well as professionally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment! • You are the "right hand" of one of our Co-Founders and work with them closely on a daily basis
• You’ll work on eye level with the whole founding team and be part of a trustful atmosphere
• Your generalist nature and your huge interest in everything makes it easy for you to take on a variety of tasks at both an operational and strategic level
• You’ll actively support our entire management in various projects that you drive independently and take ownership for
• Your projects may span platform operations as well as biz dev, sales, product, and investor relations
• You are not scared to sub for one of the founders acting as an „interim founder“ in case of absences

• You are studying Masters degree in Business, Business Information or a related field and have already achieved outstanding academic success during your studies
• You have already worked in high-paced startups, consulting companies or VCs 
• You like to be forced out of your comfort zone, work independently and take on responsibility quickly
• You’re flexible and like jumping from one project to another
• You are hungry to learn, want to create impact and give 100% and more
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to gain experience in leading teams 
• You have a positive attitude, you like to laugh and it’s fun working with you 
• You love challenging projects that you manage effectively and you don’t consider yourself too good for easy tasks at the same time
• You have very strong communication skills and are business fluent in German and in English 

• You will have the great chance to jump into our founders team and take over quickly an important role
• You will learn how to build the basis of an efficient company, get deep insights in all relevant issues and parts of a growing start-up, i.e., scaling processes and culture, product-market-fit, investor relations, etc.
