As we continue to grow dynamically, we´re seeking a Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to become an integral part of our Compliance department in Munich.

• You implement and further develop the BayWa r.e. group-wide Compliance Management System with focus on antitrust law, anticorruption, and money-laundering prevention
• You develop, update, and ensure the effective implementation of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures
• You participate in compliance risk assessments in the respective business unit
• You develop and deliver content for both in-person and online compliance training sessions
• You conduct thorough business partner screenings and meticulously review draft contracts
• You conduct compliance due diligence for the relevant M&A projects
• You serve as the first point of contact for various compliance-related inquiries

• The foremost quality for this position is integrity
• Degree in law, business law, economics, or comparable field of study
• A minimum of 3 years hands-on compliance experience
• Experience working in an international environment with intercultural sensitivity is a plus
• Fluency in both English and German
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
