What You Can Expect
- Advise and support top-tier insurance clients during exciting change initiatives; from digital transformation projects to sourcing strategies.
- Analyse, optimise and implement efficient business processes and modern IT landscapes within the insurance sector.
- Design innovative IT solutions, support evaluation projects, manage IT migrations, and develop tailored software concepts across various insurance business areas.
- Lead requirements analysis, technical design and test planning for new applications, services and functions.
- Work closely with client departments and end users to drive projects forward, taking on impactful PMO responsibilities along the way.
What You Bring
- Fluent German and English.
- A completed university degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or a related discipline.
- At least four years’ professional experience in the insurance industry, consulting or IT services.
- Initial experience in project management and/or Project Management Office is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the German insurance market, including operational processes and insurance-specific IT systems - particularly Guidewire and/or BiPRO.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for collaborating with international teams.
- High personal responsibility, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to travel across Germany.
- Motivation to continually develop and expand your skills.
