What You Can Expect

• Advise and support top-tier insurance clients during exciting change initiatives; from digital transformation projects to sourcing strategies.
• Analyse, optimise and implement efficient business processes and modern IT landscapes within the insurance sector.
• Design innovative IT solutions, support evaluation projects, manage IT migrations, and develop tailored software concepts across various insurance business areas.
• Lead requirements analysis, technical design and test planning for new applications, services and functions.
• Work closely with client departments and end users to drive projects forward, taking on impactful PMO responsibilities along the way.

What You Bring

• Fluent German and English.
• A completed university degree in economics, computer science, mathematics or a related discipline.
• At least four years’ professional experience in the insurance industry, consulting or IT services.
• Initial experience in project management and/or Project Management Office is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the German insurance market, including operational processes and insurance-specific IT systems - particularly Guidewire and/or BiPRO.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for collaborating with international teams.
• High personal responsibility, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel across Germany.
• Motivation to continually develop and expand your skills.
