The focus of this position is on the capture, analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business and IT processes. In your role, reporting directly to the division manager, you will take on varied and responsible tasks and actively help shape digitalization within the company.

What to expect – your role with impact

You will analyze existing business and IT processes, design measures for their digitization and automation, and implement them
In doing so, you will also integrate AI approaches to increase efficiency and support processes, and develop AI guidelines, AI requirements, and AI use cases within business processes
Together with our departments in smart metering and system operations, you will create specifications and translate technical requirements into structured collaboration with the IT team—from implementation to technical clarification and prioritization of requirements
Planning, conducting, and documenting process acceptance tests, as well as providing support for quality assurance, are just as much a part of the role as establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within relevant processes
What you bring to the table—both professionally and personally

You’re a good fit for us if you have the right qualifications (a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration) and already have experience as a Business Analyst or IT/Process Manager—ideally with relevant certification. A strong understanding of business processes, IT requirements, and digital transformation projects is essential for this role
Ideally, you bring knowledge of process modeling and process optimization (e.g., BPMN, UML), requirements management, test management, and collaboration with development teams. Confidence in working with process metrics, SLA definitions, and a service-oriented approach is also an advantage
If you also work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner, communicate clearly, and have an interest in AI-based process solutions, we look forward to receiving your application
