Senior Project Manager | Data Center Development | Berlin We are partnering with a fast-growing European digital infrastructure platform developing large scale data center projects across Europe. The company combines hyperscale data center expertise, renewable energy capabilities, industrial execution, and strong institutional backing. The immediate focus is a major data center development project in the Greater Berlin and Magdeburg area, already in active development, with live workstreams across land, grid connection, power strategy, permitting, utilities, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the day-to-day development of the German project, acting as the central interface between senior leadership, local stakeholders, authorities, technical partners, and cross-border teams. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the development of a large-scale data center project in Germany. * Manage key workstreams across land, power, permitting, utilities, technical planning and stakeholder engagement. * Act as the main project interface with internal teams, external advisors, grid and utility stakeholders, municipalities, consultants, and technical partners. * Drive planning, execution, follow-up, risk tracking, and milestone reporting for senior leadership and investment stakeholders. * Support power strategy discussions, including grid connection, transitional power solutions, phased energization and long-term energy infrastructure planning. * Contribute to other international data center development opportunities when needed. Requirements * Strong project management experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, utilities, industrial real estate, renewables or complex infrastructure development. * Experience in Germany, especially with permitting, grid, land, municipalities, utilities or local stakeholder management. * Direct greenfield data center development experience would be ideal, but adjacent infrastructure profiles can be considered. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams, external partners and senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. * Strong commercial and financial mindset, with clear reporting capability. * Fluent English required. German and strong local market knowledge are highly valuable. * Based in Berlin or able to be regularly present there, with travel to the project site when needed. Why this role?
