Position Summary The Senior Associate Data Management (m/f/d) is responsible for the structured capture, maintenance and quality assurance of core master and transactional data (legal entities, real estate assets, tenants, contracts and financial data) within the ERP system. The role is business-critical for the reliability of operational and financial reporting at Proxity. It ensures that data is consistent, complete and valid, thereby providing a key foundation for scalable growth, sound governance and robust management reporting across the entire portfolio. Key Responsibilities 1. Data entry, data maintenance & data quality management * Responsibility for the ongoing data entry and maintenance in critical data areas, in particular in the context of system implementations, onboarding of new assets/entities and major change initiatives * Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of master data and transactional data in the ERP system * Perform regular data quality audits, identify weaknesses and cleanse critical data sets(e.g. asset data, tenant master data, lease contracts, financial mappings) * Define, enforce and further develop data standards, validation rules and control mechanisms * Document data logic, dependencies and data governance rules 2. Process, system & automation initiatives * Active involvement in the further development of data processes and efficient end-to-end workflows * Participation in system improvements and automation initiatives(e.g. data validation, interfaces, reporting pre-stages) * Support the design and implementation of data governance structures within the ERP environment 3. Interface with Property Management, IT & Finance * Close collaboration with Property Managers to clarify and correct data inconsistencies and to ensure a technically and professionally accurate representation of data * Collaboration with IT and ERP system owners to align on technical capabilities, data models and system logic * Assume review, control and approval functions within defined data processes * Act as ERP Super User for the data domain, including: Supporting business teams in system usage & Troubleshooting and coordination of issue resolution with IT 4. Project work & ad-hoc tasks * Participation in cross-functional projects(e.g. ERP rollouts, portfolio expansions, process harmonisation initiatives) * Take ownership of special topics and ad-hoc analyses as required by Controlling or Management Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Management or a comparable field * Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in data management, ERP data governance or financial systems support, ideally within a real estate, asset management or accounting environment * Practical experience with Microsoft ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365), including their data structures and logic * Strong analytical skills with a very high focus on quality and accuracy * Confident handling of large and complex data sets, including data checks and identification of anomalies * Very good Excel skills and experience with data validation and control mechanisms; knowledge of SQL, data mapping or similar tools is an advantage * Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style in a dynamic environment * Very good command of English, written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage We are looking to recruit talented individuals able to drive the success of a growing company, and to bring out their best in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards initiative, effort and excellence.
