This account manager role is responsible for overseeing the holistic account strategy and relationship with a key customer in the automotive or industrial market. In this role, you will work closely with other teams including field applications engineering and sales operations to drive business and collaboration with your customer. Applicants will be responsible for understanding the customer’s market needs and be able to work with key business systems engineering to find innovative solutions to their problems. Where this position will be based is flexible .
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy for assigned key accounts, achieving sales targets and collection goals
- Build trust with clients' R&D and procurement departments and maintain strong cooperative relationships
- Drive internal R&D and FAE resources to provide customer technical support and achieve product DWIN
- Coordinate customer supply and quality requirements, push internal teams to complete deliveries, and address customer quality control requests
- Gather competitors' product information and market trends, understand clients' product road maps and project status, and identify and guide customer needs
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronics or microelectronics
- 3+ years experience, including success in growing sales within a semiconductor sales role
- Experience selling a broad range of analog and embedded semiconductor products
- Proficiency in fundamental technical terminology and product application scenarios of the semiconductor industry
- Understand the companies' culture and behaviors of key accounts
- Ability to understand electronic systems and trade-offs
- A self-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with a big platform DWIN in key accounts preferred
- Stuttgart
