Your mission:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and help us keep our growth engine running smoothly. This role is about getting things done: keeping projects on track, connecting the right people, and making sure no detail falls through the cracks.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across the company, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of projects, from new store openings and operational rollouts to marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives. You'll act as a central point of coordination, ensuring timelines hold, blockers are flagged early, and momentum stays high.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and gets energy from being the person who keeps things together.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
• Act as a central point of coordination between different teams and external partners
• Keep an overview of ongoing projects and make sure timelines are on track
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively support problem-solving efforts
• Assist in organizing meetings, follow-ups, and communication across stakeholders
• Translate priorities into clear next steps so the right people know what to do and when
• Build and improve light-weight tools, trackers, and templates that help the team move faster
• Ensure high attention to detail and quality in all project-related activities

Qualifikation

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Someone who gets things done - not just plans them
• High level of ownership, reliability, and execution focus
• Experience in coordinating projects or handling diverse operational tasks
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Fluent in German; good command of English is a strong plus
• Confident use of Google Workspace / MS Office

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or gastronomy industry
• Familiarity with fast-paced, operational environments
• Basic understanding of project management tools or methods (e.g. Notion, Trello, Asana)
