A Day in the LifeAs a working student (m/f/d), you will support the HR team by gaining practical experience with central HR structures and processes. You will be involved in daily HR operations and contribute to ongoing initiatives that support employees and the entire organization. This role provides hands-on experience in a global environment and the opportunity to develop professional skills while supporting activities that enable effective collaboration and sustainable growth.

Details:
• Start date: July 2026
• Location: Meerbusch
• Duration of employment: 1 year with possibility of extension
• Working hours: 20 hours per week
• Working model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Responsibilities include as follows:

• Support of personnel management and daily operations

• Work closely with the HR Shared Service Center

• Participate in administrative HR processes and handle requests from employees and managers according to defined processes

• Collaborate on HR projects, including advanced development and process optimization initiatives

Knowledge required:
• To earn a bachelor's degree, ideally in the fields of business administration, human resources, human resource management, psychology, law or a similar field
• Fluent in German and English with strong oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interest in learning
more about HR processes and programs in an international environment• Careful and responsible handling of confidential data with good attention to detail
