We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive high-impact projects across operations and strategic growth initiatives in Germany. In this role, you will both implement operational excellence and contribute to the expansion of new business categories—helping us scale efficiently while unlocking growth opportunities. You will play a central role in shaping how we solve complex problems and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers and patients.

What you'll do

• Build and innovate: Develop hypotheses, experiment with approaches, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine solutions.
• Expand our business: Partner with Category, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to launch and scale new business categories, processes, and initiatives.
• Solve problems: Collaborate with teams across the company to identify operational challenges and growth opportunities, designing, implementing, and scaling impactful solutions.
• Drive operational excellence: Ensure high-quality operations through best practices in supply chain management, patient experience, and financial operations.
• Learn and iterate: Assess operational and financial impact of initiatives and leverage learnings to optimize strategies over time.

• You’re excited by the idea of launching communities, e-commerce operations, or new business lines.
