Your Role

• Handle partners and third party banks payment related enquiries.
• Monitor and process SEPA & SWIFT payments and contribute to cross-functional process creation.
• Design and drive digital banking product initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders involved in owned payment procedures (AML Customer Support Product Teams).
• Vendor management for various providers and Contributing to delivering state of the art documentation for all operational processes.
• Proactively propose improvement ideas and new solutions to already existing processes.
• Carry out MasterCard / VISA settlement payments and conduct third party banks payment investigations.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Data Management Statistics Mathematics Economics or any other related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in relevant Banking Operations environment is a plus.
• Familiarity of SEPA & SWIFT payment schemes.
• Technical Skills in SQL familiarity preferred .
• You are able to handle daily core processes independently and with your team from start to finish based on agreed upon responsibilities and objectives.
• You are in contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently support removing road blocks and and manage escalations proactively.
• You proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.
• Fluent command of English. German language is a plus.
