As a Process Intelligence Senior Consultant youll take ownership of high-impact client projects build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor in our clients competetive edge.
Your expertise will help our clients gain transparency improve efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes all while shaping our growing consulting practice.

What your role will look like

• Take the lead in client engagements: from scoping workshops and opportunity assessments to value realization
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across functions such as Finance Procurement and Sales
• Drive the design of tailored value-driven solutions using process mining and operational insights
• Collaborate closely with our Data Science team to shape innovative use cases and ensure delivery excellence
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help scale our consulting team through best practices
• Be part of fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Your profile

• A degree in Business Management Economics IT or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting business transformation or process improvement
• Strong business acumen and a passion for helping companies unlock value through data and technology
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear confident way
• Proven track record in leading client projects or strategic initiatives
• A structured analytical mindset and the ability to balance detail with big picture thinking
• Experience with tools like Confluence Jira or similar project management systems
• Fluency in German and EnglishNice to have
• Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis)
