At our location in Stockach the gateway to Lake Constance we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement. Your Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with theGerman Army and key defense stakeholders to support
  long-term partnership success
• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with organizational objectives and defense-
  sector needs
• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the defense market driving growth through
  tailored solutions
• Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and the German Army ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution
• Build and maintain relationships with political decision-makers and government bodies to advance business priorities
• Track legislative and regulatory developments affecting defense procurement and advise internal stakeholders accordingly

  
  

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in defense and security solutions including deep knowledge of military procurement processes
• Proven strategic sales leadership in complex high-stakes environments
• Experience in government affairs public relations or advocacy
• Ability to analyze markets assess opportunities and support informed bid/no-bid decisions
• Customer-focused proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Proactive goal-oriented and hands-on approach
• Very good written and spoken English other languages an advantage
