Integration as a full team member in LG's online shop projects

Support for our ordering processes to ensure correct system handling, successful order processing, and after-sales service

Process optimization through active collaboration and coordination between the relevant LG departments at a global level

Preparation of documents with current trade data for project controlling

Supporting product launches for all product areas

Preparing regular analyses and ad hoc reports for top management

Supporting the accounts receivable team with open transactions

Supporting and reviewing customer returns

Your qualifications

Mandatory or voluntary internship possible

Ideally, a degree in one of the following fields: computer science, business administration, marketing, media informatics, retail management, or a comparable degree program with a focus on IT and/or communication

Enthusiasm for retail topics and the presentation of high-tech products in e-commerce

Willingness to learn and interest in gaining practical experience in a real working environment as a team player and independently

Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Confident German and English skills
