Copernicus Autonomous Control System - emerged from Kopernikus Automotive – now a proud member of Ford Motor Company (acquired March 2025). Our product turns parking lots, depots, and factories into Level-4 autonomous playgrounds.

Invent Automated Valet Parking (AVP Type 2): our smart infrastructure remotely pilots today's production cars — no bulky sensor stacks on the vehicle required, all is done by the smart infrastructure. We bring autonomy to production, logistics, repair and parking use-cases worldwide.

Role description

As HR Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for operational HR processes, supporting our international employees, overseeing recruitment, and working closely with management, employees, and external partners.

The position is limited until March 2027 as a parental leave replacement.

Your tasks:

• Ongoing maintenance of digital employee files in Personio

• Creation of employment certificates, confirmations, and HR documents

• Support with Blue Card processes, visa issues, and renewals

• Monthly collaboration with our tax advisor to prepare payroll

• Point of contact for employees for all HR-related matters

• Development and maintenance of ebicient HR processes (onboarding, feedback, culture)

• Support for team events and their planning, communication, and internal processes

Your profile

• Experience in HR

• Confident use of Personio or similar HR systems

• Experience in recruiting, especially for technical roles

• Good knowledge of HR administration processes and document creation • Initial experience with visa/Blue Card issues is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills
