Computer Scientist / IT Specialist or MTLA with an affinity for IT as an Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) for medical applications

Responsibilities

You will advise and support our customers regarding the systems in use
You will be responsible for coordinating, processing, and managing customer requests
In addition, you will handle the technical installation and configuration of the order-entry product as well as second-level support for our laboratory locations
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include managing your own sub-projects and implementing project tasks
You will ensure the stable operation of the applications in use
You will handle troubleshooting and error correction in collaboration with the manufacturer
You will manage various service providers regarding the system in use
Your maintenance and upkeep of the applications in use form the foundation for this
Profile

You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the IT field, or you have completed training as an MTLA / MTA (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for IT
In addition, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
You have basic knowledge of operating Linux systems
Knowledge of order entry systems (ideally with ixserv) is an advantage
Ideally, you have knowledge of medical data exchange formats such as HL7 and LDT
Alternatively, initial experience with laboratory, physician, or hospital information systems (LIS, HIS, AIS) would be advantageous
Good German language skills are a prerequisite for this position
You enjoy taking on responsibility and working in a team
