Club Associate Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Reports To: Assistant Club Director Position Overview: We are seeking an outgoing, service-minded individual to join our team as a Club Associate at Courthouse Club Fitness.
As the face of the club experience, our Club Associates are the first and most consistent point of contact for our members.
From a warm greeting at the Coffeebar to a perfectly crafted espresso, from walking a new member through enrollment to patiently and carefully resolving a billing question, our Club Associates set the tone for everything.
This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every interaction feel personal and seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Enrollment and Services Membership sales and club tours Supplemental services, program sales, and support Provide information on membership options, fitness options, and club programs/activities Process member account payments, billing, and changes Communicate club policies and procedures Enroll and process payment for guests CoffeeBar Service Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner Craft and serve espresso drinks and protein smoothies Sell market and retail items through the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked CoffeeBar and retail Club Hospitality Fulfill daily scheduled cleaning tasks to maintain club cleanliness and Courthouse standards Windows and doors at entry points Ensure high-trafficked customer spaces are orderly and clean throughout the day Launder, fold, and restock all club member towel services Restock all paper products throughout the facility Parking lot spot clean up Pool Chemical Checks throughout the day Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred Outgoing, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping others Ability to multitask in a busy, customer-facing environment Comfortable working with POS and membership management systems Reliable, punctual, and a team player Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Preferred Skills: Barista or serving experience Experience with fitness membership software and/or food & beverage software Strong communication and conflict resolution skills A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and community Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Complimentary Courthouse Club Fitness membership plus discounts on services Healthcare benefits (based on eligibility qualifications) Opportunities for growth within the Courthouse team Supportive, community-driven work environment Access to five club locations across the Salem and Keizer area Information: Courthouse Club Hours - Monday - Friday: 5:00a - 11:00p Saturday - Sunday: 7:00a - 9:00p Powered by JazzHR
