Main Responsibilities
  • The Area Sales Manager drives our sales strategy in the assigned region with a dual focus on expanding market presence and achieving sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing dealer networks.
  • Onboard new dealers, oversee existing dealer operations, and ensure alignment with our sales objectives and standards.
  • Mentor and empower dealer sales teams to enhance skills and performance to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Region: Austria and Switzerland.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of automotive experience with regional sales and dealer management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in daily operations.
  • High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills; strong teamwork.
  • Strong written and verbal skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
  • Experience with OEMs is a plus.
