Field Marketing Manager – Frankfurt

We are seeking a dedicated and self‑motivated Field Marketing Manager who will be primarily responsible for executing all Board branded campaigns for Germany. Reporting to the Head of International Marketing, you will work closely with the wider marketing, sales and consulting teams to collaborate on ideas and execute internal and external third‑party events. The successful candidate will be proactive, results‑driven, and self‑motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and support sales pipeline through lead generation with a strong focus on the bottom line.
  • Work closely with marketing and local sales teams to create and drive digital and field event activities.
  • Write appealing content for different channels and ensure that creative and copywriting is consistent with the company’s overall messaging.
  • Manage the annual budget and report on KPIs.
  • Manage digital and print advertising and research the best-fitting suppliers.
  • Create nurture and stand‑alone email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on main marketing KPIs consistently.
  • Manage and liaise with third‑party vendors, venues, suppliers.
  • Research market behavior and determine appropriate marketing activity.
  • Engage regularly with sales, acting as a conduit between marketing and sales.
  • Execute corporate programs by customizing corporate marketing initiatives for local rollout.
Experience

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in technology, software, or services B2B demand generation or field role.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Well versed in multi‑channel campaign management across digital and offline channels (print, DM, email, social, telesales, sales, websites, SEM, SEO, tradeshows, events, etc.).
  • Excellent copy‑writing skills with strong knowledge of technical writing.
  • Experience in planning, field, event, product, account‑based, and/or project marketing.
  • Experience in digital advertising using various channels.
  • Knowledge of PR activities and experience working with agencies.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns with live events, webinars, digital advertising, inbound web (organic and paid, social networking).
  • Experience working closely with sales and worldwide marketing teams to develop collaborative plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or comparable education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success in delivering measurable marketing results.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high‑quality deliverables.
  • Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced and highly cross‑functional organization.
  • Highly organized, motivated, data‑driven with attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
